Pets and More has committed acts of animal cruelty to the animals they keep in the store. I am quoting a summary of animal abuse laws from https://www.animallaw.info/statute/tn-cruelty-consolidated-cruelty-statutes#:~:text=A%20person%20commits%20the%20offense,an%20animal%20in%20the%20person%27s which says,"A person commits the offense of cruelty to animals (a Class A misdemeanor) if he or she intentionally or knowingly tortures, maims or grossly overworks an animal; fails unreasonably to provide necessary food, water, care or shelter for an animal in the person's custody." I will list a few examples of the crimes committed by Pets and More:

1. Keeping 8 full-grown rabbits inside of an extremely small cage.
2. The reptiles in the store have no heat or UBV. 
3. The cages are very dirty and haven't been cleaned in what appears to be years. 
4. She(the owner) has kept 3 cockatiels in one small cage. 
5. She has given a fully grown bearded dragon a 20 gallon tank, when the recommended tank is a 50 gallon tank. 
6. All reptiles in the store have too small water bowls and have mites.
