We appreciate the importance of local businesses, such as bars, for our community's vibrancy and economy. However, one specific bar in Berwyn, Mike's Place, has continually demonstrated a complete disregard for the residential neighborhood in which it is located. The customers frequenting this establishment have created an unbearable noise disturbance, regularly screaming and shouting late into the night, which is severely impacting the sleep and well-being of local residents.
