I am deeply moved by the plight of the animals at Marineland Canada. This issue should not only be personal to me, but to everyone who cares about animal welfare. The conditions these creatures are subjected to are appalling and it's time we take a stand against such cruelty.

Since 2019 now, 15 whales and 1 dolphin have died. I’m going to say that again. In the last 4 years 15 whales and 1 dolphin have died while in the care at Marineland Canada. This is absolutely appalling and disgusting.

Marineland has been under scrutiny for years due to allegations of animal abuse and neglect. In 2012, eight former employees exposed the inhumane treatment of animals at this park (source: Toronto Star). Despite numerous charges laid by Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA), Marineland continues its operations.

It is unacceptable that in our modern society, establishments like Marineland continue to profit from the suffering and exploitation of innocent creatures. We must remember that these animals have no voice - they cannot speak up about their pain or fight for their rights.

Therefore, we demand that local authorities permanently shut down Marineland Canada and ensure all animals are relocated to sanctuaries where they can live out their lives in peace and dignity.
