HOLD K9 Solutions / Nicole Baillie Ingraham Accountable NOW
The Issue
We Are Calling for a Formal Investigation into K9 Solutions and Nicole Ingraham — Oklahoma Must Do Better for Our Animals, Veterans & Disabled Community
We respectfully request that Oklahoma law enforcement, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, and the U.S. Department of Justice open a formal investigation into the following individual and business entities:
• Nicole’s K9 Solutions LLC (Oklahoma, was inactive)
• K9 Solutions (currently unregistered)
• Business Address: 15620 Buchanan Rd, Mounds, OK 74047
• Individual: Nicole Bailie Ingraham (also known as Baillie Snider)
Reported associations have also been mentioned involving organizations such as Paws for Patriots and Soldier’s Wish.
These entities and aliases have been linked to a pattern of serious misconduct, including:
• Animal neglect and documented injuries
• Intimidation and threats toward clients
• Breach of contract and use of forced NDAs
• Misrepresentation of service dog training services
• ADA violations impacting disabled individuals
• Fraudulent and deceptive business practices
• Harassment, stalking, and online defamation
Multiple victims have come forward with similar allegations. I, Michael Camarena, am one of them.
After nearly two years of dealing with intimidation, threats, and attempts to silence me, I am finally sharing Blue’s story, along with others that are similar or worse.
In January 2025, despite the pressure, God gave me the strength to file Creek County Small Claims Case No. SC-2025-60 against Nicole’s K9 Solutions LLC after my dog, Blue, returned from board-and-train services in 2023 in visibly poor health, with physical wounds, untrained, and traumatized.
The business owner failed to appear in court, and a default judgment was granted in my favor.
After my case, others began stepping forward. What started as one case has now grown into multiple lawsuits across counties.
There are now four known cases involving Nicole Ingraham / K9 Solutions.
While the court ruled in my favor, the judgment felt incomplete and unjust. I am still without a trained ADA service dog, and Blue continues to suffer from the trauma he endured.
Because of that, I am now formally requesting that the Creek County Court and Judge Serner reopen my case and reconsider it in light of the broader pattern, additional victims, and new information that has come forward.
Others have been hurt as well, and this is far from over.

⚠️ Why This Matters:
This issue is not isolated. The pattern of misconduct includes vulnerable individuals who were misled, intimidated, or silenced.
This is about accountability, consumer protection, and ensuring animals receive the care they were promised.
We ask that this matter be treated with the same seriousness and urgency as any case involving abuse, neglect, deception, and endangerment, especially when those affected are disabled or otherwise voiceless.
⸻
🚨 A Bigger Problem in Creek County
This petition takes on even greater urgency in light of recent developments also involving Marjorie Satterfield, also known as “Marj the Dog Trainer,” operating out of the same county — Creek County, Oklahoma.
The fact that multiple individuals operating dog training businesses in this area are now linked to allegations of abuse, neglect, fraud, or misconduct shows a deeper issue.
These are not isolated incidents. This is a pattern.
We demand better protections, proper investigations, and real accountability.
This is not just about one trainer.
It’s about cleaning up an industry that has hurt too many and been allowed to continue unchecked.
