One of the most devastating moments of my life was losing my 2-year-old child, a loss that could have been prevented. It occurred at the hands of unskilled, negligent staff at the Imperial Multispeciality Hospital in Chikhali, Pune. My child suffered a fatal shock from a medical device operated by an inexperienced staff member. This heartbreaking incident is not an isolated one; several patients have been harmed or lost their lives due to the sheer incompetence and carelessness at this hospital.

The incredibly unprofessional and fake staff spend their time on social media rather than tending to the critical needs of their patients. Many of them lack the basic skills and knowledge to properly use medical equipment. This has resulted in severe injuries, including burnt body parts among other injuries, leaving patients scarred for life. Terrifyingly, there have been numerous reports and police complaints filed against this hospital for their negligence and misconduct.

Despite these numerous complaints detailing tragic outcomes, these unqualified individuals continue to work there, putting more lives at risk. This is a gross violation of the Hippocratic oath and a grave danger to the community that must not be ignored.

This petition seeks to hold the Imperial Multispeciality Hospital accountable for its actions and demand its immediate shutdown to prevent further loss of life and suffering. We must urge the Maharashtra Health Department and relevant authorities to take prompt and decisive action against the hospital management, ensuring that only qualified professionals are allowed to treat patients in the future.
