SHUT DOWN CRITTER CORNER PET STORE

SHUT DOWN CRITTER CORNER PET STORE
The Issue
Critter Corner in Kokomo, Indiana, should be shut down immediately due to its inhumane practices and blatant disregard for animal welfare. For over 50 years, this facility has been associated with unethical conditions, including the use of puppy mills that breed animals in overcrowded, filthy cages with little to no care for their well-being. The constant cycle of overpopulation and poor living conditions leads to physical and psychological harm for the animals trapped there. Additionally, the facility keeps exotic birds for decades in cramped, unsuitable spaces, denying them the freedom they deserve. Despite numerous complaints from the community, no meaningful improvements have been made, and the animals continue to suffer in silence. These cruel practices are not only illegal in many states but are also morally indefensible. It’s time to put an end to this horror and shut down Critter Corner to protect the countless animals that endure suffering in this facility every day.
