After many years of people being abused and mistreated by Child Protective Services, I feel it is time we stand and make a change. I move to shut down Child Protective Services in West Virginia as a whole on grounds that it is a business driven on tormenting families on the slightest claim and using that as a tax revenue when the state should be generating this revenue through regular businesses. By shutting down Child Protective Services in West Virginia and making their hold to families void we can then move forward to protect the natural rights given to all American citizens born in this country that CPS stands to violate on a ground that they superced constitutional rights. If we stand up as a whole and say "no more" the government of West Virginia will have no choice but to listen to its people finally and grant us freedom from this tyranical dictator called Child Protective Services. This could mean a world where the schools could do their job without having to report every little thing to CPS and take it up with the real people who care "the child's parents", as well as more revenue that is wasted on paying these workers can be put towards better education funding for schools.
