My friends minor child has been sold nicotine carts from this establishment.

Her underage son dramatically lost weight and had a loss of appetite. This was extremely concerning to his parents. They took him to the Dr’s finding out he lost 17lbs in under 3 months, has extremely high blood pressure for a child his age, has and anxiety and panic attacks.

To her worry she spoke with her son and his friends to find out he’s been purchasing flavored vapes with nicotine at BLV SMOKE SHOP in
Kissimmee Fl. She found receipts of his purchases from the store and also found the cartridges in his room.

Of course as a mother she was very concerned for her son’s healthy and safety, she then decided to research the risks involved with smoking these nicotine carts. 1 cart is equivalent to 2 packs of cigarettes. The issue is the flavor makes these children think it’s harmless and end up causing severe damage to their bodies by sucking on it like it’s candy. This is why selling to minors is a federal offense. Children’s bodies are not fully developed and by smoking these toxins it has serious effects on the internal organs. Causing weight loss, high blood pressure, irritability, which leads to seizures, lung and heart failure resulting in death.

Any mother in her position would panic at such findings so she went immediately into mama bear mode. She researched all the laws involved, contacted authorities, and served them with a cease and desist.

I myself a very proud of her. She has demonstrated love for her child and bravery.
I beg us as parents to step up like she has. This world is crazy. Our kids are getting into things that we may be oblivious to, but we need to wake up or our children will be paying the price as well as us if we lose them.

Her battle isn’t over, now they’re looking forward to medical exams and visits to help her son regain his health and wean off these addictive substances.

It is believed (allegedly) this location is also selling illegal substances, which are now under an investigation.

To those vendors selling to minors, you’re not just making a buck off a child, you’re ruining lives, health and families! Their journey has just began, let us all pray for his full recovery in the name of Jesus.

 And mostly please sign this petition to close the shop down for the distribution of selling to minors. Let us parents show these vendors they are not to sell to our children of there will be a price to pay!
