Dear Mr. Fadnavis,
Trust you are doing good. I am writing this petition to bring justice to the people of Mumbai who live a modest life in an apartment of a 34+ year old building. Most of these 30+ year old buildings (more than 1200 in nos) are in precarious state of existence and are in dire need of redevelopment. However, due to policies laid down by the MCGM many of these buildings who have applied for deemed conveyance are in some loop of the law and are not getting their due rights despite being staying in the same building for more than 30 years of it's existence. Not to mention the benefits of the same are being taken by lawyers or some members of your government. My sincere request would be to pass a resolution for an automatic route of deemed conveyance (without submitting more than 2-3 documents) to the buildings which are older than 3 years in Mumbai and are provided all basic facilities by MCGM (such as water, electricity etc..). This is would not only bring faith of the common people in BJP ruled government but also infuse faith to the democratic state of our INDIAN constitution.
