Few days ago, it was reported how two MBBS students were nabbed immediately after they threw a puppy off a terrace but let go of on bail, are going to be tried again after a petitioner filed a case against them.

And just when we thought one chapter closed, another one re-opened. And this time, it was brutal. 5 men from Hyderabad have been arrested for setting 3 innocent puppies on fire.

The extremely graphic video now viral on social media shows these men tying up the puppies, torturing them and throwing them off in the fire. The worst part is, someone stood there and filmed the entire incident.

Again, the same old question. What is the punishment for this heinous crime going to be? A mere Rs. 50 and a voila! all of them will be out on bail. This is absolutely disgusting. The fact that there are insane people out there, in dire need of psychiatric help is alarming.

Dog Rescue Organisation appeals to every citizen of this country to raise their voice and sign the petition so that we can appeal government to amend the existing laws regarding animal cruelty and ensure strict punishment for such heinous crimes.
