Allow Only Indian Organizations in "Animal Welfare Board of India"

Allow Only Indian Organizations in "Animal Welfare Board of India"
The Issue
To:
Shri. Anil Madhav Dave ji,
Minister of Environment and Forests,
Member of Parliament,
India.
CC: Shri. Narendra Modi ji, Prime Minister of India.
The Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) is a statutory advisory body advising the Government of India on animal welfare laws. It is under the aegis of Ministry of Environment and Forests.
Unfortunately, the AWBI receives reports and advices from non-Indian organizations, which have headquarters in other countries. Due to this situation, motivated interests of foreign origin intervenes in Indian policy making. These have been deteriorating the welfare of Indian animals and forests.
Many a times, their demands and advices cause:
A. political and social unrest,
B. potential security issues against
C. national democratic interests, and
D. hampers the economic and industrial developments.
There are valid concerns that their advices are lacking understanding of sustainable agricultural practices; and, so, they are detrimental to the agricultural and natural environment over a period of time.
Therefore, I request the honourable Minister of Environment and Forests to consider the following requests and save this nation by implementing them appropriately as he sees fit.
Requests from the Indian public:
1. Enable the AWBI to receive reports and advices only from Indian animal welfare organizations.
2. Mandate that neither these Indian animal welfare organizations for AWBI nor their members have any presence in other countries.
3. Mandate that these Indian animal welfare organizations receive funds only from Indians and Indian organizations, which have no direct or indirect foreign control.
