Meijer, as the prospective property owner and developer, has put plans underway for the construction of a gas station and convenience store on the very site where Dragon Buffet proudly stands. This isn't just about losing a restaurant; it's about losing a piece of our community's heart and history.
In Medina, we pride ourselves on valuing our local businesses and the unique character they bring to our community. We have seen how big corporate developments can overshadow and dismantle the charm and history that independent, family-owned businesses provide.
