Would you like to discuss the thousands of murder, child r*pe, domestic violence, stalking, aggravated battery, child p*rn, ethnic and religion-based harassment, elder abuse, arson, terrorism, sex trafficking, evidence and witness tampering, and animal abuse cases that your office dropped without explanation? What is the connection to your apparent friendships with the high-priced defense attorneys on these cases, such as Mark NeJame, Mark Longwell, along with Rajan Joshi and his then-employees Samantha Angelastro and Muna Abraham (now with Longwell Lawyers)?

You're aware of what multiple victims of Longwell’s, Joshi's and NeJame's violent criminal clients have to say about how horribly they were treated by you, your then-Chief of Staff and friend Keisha Mulfort of the ACLU, and the Ninth Circuit in general. You know that victims’ rights laws were routinely broken by the defense attorneys and your own employees during your tenure. Any reply?

Why is r*pist-defending Rajan Joshi one of your chief fundraisers and best friends? You’re aware of the accusations that his fundraisers broke multiple campaign finance laws. Is Joshi running a Political Action Committee without following guidelines?

How interesting that on the same day that many of the checks from Rajan Joshi's July 2023 fundraiser cleared (7/19/2023), there was a $1,000 donation from convicted child r*pist Anthony Cajigas. He's been arrested a few more times in Orange County in the past five years but manages to avoid indictment. What charges did he avoid this time with his Mo-ney? Was this donation laundered by one of the p*dophile-defending attorneys at Joshi's party?

Anthony Cajigas pretended to be a police officer in order to kidnap and handcuff an underage girl from a public park, then r*ped her while she cried. How flattering that Cajigas lives in a rusty old single-wide trailer near Bithlo but he thinks you're worth the investment. "Mo-nique Worrell, the choice for child mo-lesters!"

Why do you allow your fundraisers to be held at his Crescent Heights estate? What does he receive in return? Why do you see him multiple nights in a row? Did you disclose his cash and in-kind donations to the state? Why was the July 2023 fundraiser held so far in advance of your 2024 bid? Did the rich criminal defense attorneys seek favors for 2023 and early 2024 cases? How many cases involving violent clients of the donors at Joshi’s fundraiser were dismissed or inappropriately placed in your non-violent “diversion” programs by your office in July and August 2023? How many more cases would have been dropped had Governor DeSantis not suspended you?

Why do so many of your campaign contributions come from outside of Florida? Who’s Rendon Holloway of California and what is the reason for his strange donation patterns? How convenient that he doesn't live with the effects of your no-prosecution policies.

You called Andrew Bain a "puppet" for Governor DeSantis, but it appears that you have several rich white men's hands shoved up inside you too, directing you to dismiss violent crime cases. You claim to be a revolutionary candidate because you're a Black woman, but we'd suspect you're Rajan Joshi in drag if we didn't see you out together so often. You're the same Southern good ol' boy politics you pretend to hate.

You opened a GoFundMe in August 2023 for your and your husband's living expenses. You said that your suspension resulted in lost wages. Victims of Joshi's and Longwell’s violent defendants lost months of work relocating and hiding at their own expenses because your office wouldn’t protect them as outlined by Florida law (FS 914.25). You knew about specific crime victims whose lives were threatened and your office refused to help. They lost more months or even years of work trying to navigate your victim-hostile system until you and your assistant prosecutors just dropped the cases for no apparent reasons. They're still losing months of work time trying to get help for their medical problems and PTSD. Many of these crime victims were service-industry workers of color who didn't have cash reserves. Would you like to share some of the Mo-ney with them?

You blame the availability of guns for Florida's crime problems. Why are you accepting money from murderer-defender Rajan Joshi, a known lover of semi-automatic firearms and supporter of pro-gun events?

You position your brand as being a woman "of the people," who cares about persons of color. You're strictly about catering to your attorney friends who represent rich violent felons, many of them white men.

You were supposedly so poor that you needed this fundraiser in August 2023 and it raised just over $8,000. You whined that Governor DeSantis had stolen your family's livelihood. How are you and your husband supporting yourselves now? Are you illegally using your campaign Mo-ney for personal expenses?

Attorney Deborah Barra, a r*pist defender who works for Rajan Joshi, endorsed your rumored ghost candidate Thomas Feiter. Barra is a Democrat. Was your good friend Rajan Joshi involved in this endorsement? 

Of course, it wouldn’t be fair to suggest that your only supporters are Florida defense attorneys of violent criminals. Unlike in most prosecutorial elections, you also have a big percentage of non-local donors. Unlike Andrew Bain, you have a lot of financial backers who don’t live in Central Florida. They aren’t impacted when you let murderers and p*dophiles are let out in the street. They don't have to live with being harassed by their r*pist as Joshi coaches them how to do so. What is a Californian's interest in electing a New Yorker to a prosecutor's office in Central Florida?

Where and when did you disclose your or your husband's alleged acceptance of material gifts and money from wealthy attorneys Rajan Joshi or Mark NeJame? Did your friend and then Chief-of-Staff Keisha Mulfort of the ACLU disclose these?

You criticize Andrew Bain, a Black man, for allegedly shifting his declared political party in order to advance his career. You had the same allegation about your Black opponent in the 2020 race, Belvin Perry. You’ve made it clear that you don’t like or trust the Republican party in Florida. You've blamed your suspension on political agendas, racism, and sexism. Why are rich white Republican male criminal defense attorneys such as Rajan Joshi hosting your fundraisers at their estates? What are each of you getting from the deal?

What personal expenses have Rajan Joshi and Mark NeJame partially or fully funded for you and your husband's family? House, cars, private school tuition, vacations, meals, clothes, housecleaning, salon, jewelry, children's activity fees? Have you received special interest rates and financing for loans that aren't available to the general public? That's illegal.

Is it true that your assistant state attorneys were told by you to no-file several violent cases only because the violent defendants were represented by your donors and friends at the Joshi, Nejame, and Longwell law firms?

Why did your office knowingly authorize diversion programs for several repeat violent offenders, especially for rich white clients of the Rajan Joshi and Longwell law firms? Are your campaign supporters and the media aware of these relationships and gifts?

Because you've refused to resign after the Governor's suspension, you claim that you're still the current State Attorney for the Ninth Circuit. Are you following ethics and transparency laws? What is your opinion regarding state statutes about acceptance and disclosure of gifts, services, and money received from the public and your attorney friends?

What happened to your elite Chief Legal Officer job in New York with Jay-Z's and Meek Mill's Reform Alliance? You were happy to return to your hometown for that job but were there for only a few months. Neither side's talking about it. It appears they didn't endorse your candidacy in 2020 or now. It also seems that many of the big names who did support you in 2020 are quiet now. Why? Who funded your family’s sudden move back to Florida and your living expenses in 2020? 

Your campaign claimed in 2020 that you weren’t seeking, receiving, or accepting Soros money. Was that a lie? You received at least $1.9 million from George and Alexander Soros groups. How convenient that billionaire New Yorker George Soros isn't a working-class Central Florida crime victim whose life was wrecked by your non-prosecution policies. What is your relationship with the Soros family and related groups now?

You hype your "alternative" programs instead of incarceration. You know that most Floridians assume this means you support supervised probation and parole, which a lot of people support for non-violent crimes. Seems you're actually against probation and parole too, even for violent crimes. Why not be clear about that? A lie by omission is still a lie. Your "diversion" programs are little more than outright dismissals of violent crime cases.

A longtime abuser and stalker allegedly threatened to kill his victim and boasted he'd "get away with it" because his rich attorney, "Mark NeJame is friends with Monique Worrell." What do you have to say to that violent stalker? And his victim?

How many times were your assistant prosecutors aware of accusations that Rajan Joshi and his then-employee Muna Abraham allegedly engaged in witness harassment, evidence tampering, or other illegal acts on behalf of their allegedly brutal defendants?

What material gifts, money, or other benefits have you and your husband's family received from wife-beater defenders Mark Longwell, Mallory Lizana, and Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers?

You and your assistant state attorneys reduced several violent crime charges to non-violent ones. Is this accounted for in your claim that violent crime decreased during your administration?

You have an unusually high percentage of Anonymous donors on your and your husband's personal Go Fund Me. As the owner of the fundraiser, you can see the names of the donors. How many of your "Anonymous" donors are rich white defense attorneys for rich white violent criminals? Will you disclose potential "gifts" from your stalker-defender friend Mark NeJame or other attorneys representing wealthy violent criminals?

What is your knowledge of alleged connections between your wealthy friends and international terrorist organizations, hate groups targeting specific minority races or religions, and/or trafficking cartels? 

You were advised on multiple occasions that your rich attorney friends, including those at Joshi and Longwell, have clearly tampered with their submitted evidence on violent crime cases. Evidence tampering is a crime. Your office was contacted on multiple occasions regarding the implausibility, clear gaps, and other problems with their claimed evidence. It appears that no investigation or charges resulted from this perjury. You continued to socialize and accept gifts from the white attorneys in question. If this is true, what is your response?

If you're elected, do you plan to dismiss any potential future criminal case involving homoerotic Rajan Joshi's alleged illegal athletic performance enhancing drugs and other rumored "inappropriate" conduct at the Iron Religion Gym? If his wife Dr. Thau “Tracey” Nguyen is charged with allegedly prescribing these drugs, will you dismiss that too?

In late October 2020, it was obvious you were going to "win" the State Attorney in a few weeks. Your Soros-funded buddy Aramis Ayala handed you the job in the Conviction Integrity Unit on October 21. She literally created this role for you after eliminating it just two months before. Ayala publicly disagreed with the previous director's opinion on the Tommy Zeigler case. That director saw that role "eliminated" after she lost the Democratic primary for State Attorney. Somehow, you were "qualified" for the newly created role in October when it was obvious you'd be the new State Attorney and leaving in a few months. Even if you'd lost the election, there are state ethical guidelines regarding hiring political candidates and they appear to have been broken here. You openly had the same opinion and goals on Zeigler as that prior director. You were apparently hired because she wanted your political influence later. Did you or Ayala ask the State Ethics Hotline about this Dual Employment issue for candidates and elected officials?

Regardless of the ethics and why Ayala created the Conviction Integrity Unit job in October 2020, you weren't the best fit for that role then. A job applicant who's running an active campaign in October, will be distracted in November and December if she wins that campaign with transition duties, and will vacate the listed job by January is not the best candidate to hire for a job position in October. Who else applied and was rejected for this position by Ayala? Why did you accept this job? It appears to be more Southern good ol' white boy politics that you and Ayala claim to detest.

You were a candidate, then an elected official, for the months that you were working this paid public job as Conviction Integrity Unit. Of course, you didn't just work in that department during that time. You began working on prosecutorial decisions right way, before your swearing-in ceremony in January 2021. Immediately, a violent crime case represented by your friend Rajan Joshi was dismissed in late 2020.

In 2023, you handed your buddy Ayala an assistant prosecutor role after she'd been unsuccessful in other political campaigns. Seems that the Bank of Soros didn't buy her way into Florida's 10th congressional district, the US Senate, or Florida Attorney General's office. Did you and Ayala care what the state ethics laws have to say about this Dual Employment for candidates and elected officials?

You publicly blamed your prosecution problems in 2023 on uncooperative victims and witnesses. You referenced this in press conferences regarding the Keith Moses and Jones High School cases. You said if people see something, they should "say something." You were aware that your friends on Rajan Joshi's team have smeared and intimidated multiple underage s*xual assault victims, including a girl assaulted at a Publix store by a stranger, and a girl assaulted by her own school sports coach. Many victims "said something," but your office failed them. Please explain your apparently conflicting statements and behaviors.

Will you and your former Chief of Staff Keisha Mulfort of the ACLU invite the victims of Rajan Joshi's violent defendants to his expensive holiday party as your guests this year? Or are their broken bodies an uncomfortable reminder of what's bankrolled you and your friends? When you suck down on those appetizers and cocktails at that estate, do you and Joshi thank the rich domestic abusers and child r*pists who paid for your fun? When you raise your glass, will you toast the victims in their beds, struggling to sleep through the flashbacks of the crimes and Joshi's harassment of them?

In the recent debate with Andrew Bain, you mentioned the case of Vincent Laing, the alleged serial r*pist. Your good friend Rajan Joshi and his employees Samantha Angelastro and Deborah Barra have been accused by the case’s assistant prosecutor and Orange County detectives of lying to the court at least seven times on this case alone, as well as tampering with evidence, and illegally obstructing a search warrant. Your top donor Joshi seemed proud of himself on the news after Laing was released on bail and allegedly r*ped more victims in Palm Beach County. Please tell us, why do you choose to have friends like this?

You and your supporters portray yourself as being bullied by Governor Ron DeSantis. Victims and witnesses of violent crime reported to your office that they were being illegally harassed by the defendants and their rich attorneys who happen to be your friends and donors. Those victims and witnesses alleged you and your assistant prosecutors did nothing. Is "bullying" acceptable to you when it's your rich donors and friends allegedly doing so?

There were reports to your office that Rajan Joshi's and Longwell's employees allegedly telephoned victims of their violent clients and misrepresented themselves as Ninth Circuit prosecutors. There are no records of multiple alleged witness tampering incidents being investigated or indicted by you or the relevant assistant prosecutors. Why not?

Please explain why any crime victim or witness should spend months or years cooperating with you when you do nothing while your attorney friends illegally traumatize them even more than they already were by the original crimes?

Your office made sweeping "reforms" to let violent criminals go free. You did not make any changes that were in favor of crime victims. Not one. 

You and your branding team paint you as a humble champion of society’s poor and marginalized. Your social life suggests that you associate with wealthy, white bullies who directly harm the marginalized. There were low-income Black r*pe victims who reported to your office that Rajan Joshi and his white employees coached their rich male clients on subtle ways to harass their victims. Why didn’t your office follow up on these allegations?

You say you're concerned with the mental health and economic conditions of the violent defendants. What are your thoughts about the mental health and economic conditions that crime victims and witnesses face when they spend months or years being humiliated in the Ninth Circuit and the charges were dropped anyway?

How many of your supporters are child r*pists like Anthony Cajigas?
