Business owner replaced the stacked stone beneath the window to his business Body Canvas Tattoo shop at 428 Broad St but since the work was not done as the Rome Historic Preservation Commission wanted they gave denied the work and wants it removed; I think it looks appealing as a lot of people stated in the newspaper so lets show this guy support and MAKE the HPC let the stone work stay or better yet make the HPC go.
