Career politicians have been in power too long and it may be because the elections have been rigged to keep the bad people in and the good people out.  The only way to know the truth is for WE THE PEOPLE to see copies of the original ballots.

The Secretary of State is instructing all counties to only let them provide ballot images created by the voting system -not fresh copies. Counties are replying to our request with this:

• Please be advised that only images of ballots, created by a voting system, are subject to the Open Records Act. Ballots are sealed records pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-500 and other Georgia statutes. Georgia courts have upheld the fact, for those sealed materials - including ballots - which are "statutorily designated to be kept under seal, it is by law prohibited or specifically exempted from being open to inspection by the general public, and, therefore, is not an open record subject to disclosure." Smith v. DeKalb County. 288 Ga. App. 574 (2007). 

This is a problem because we know that these electronic ballot systems can be hacked and 2 Michigan State students demonstrated in 2019 that they can switch your vote on ANY ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM in a fraction of a second (see the video here).

Please sign this petition to let the Governor, the Secretary of State and the Georgia State Board of Elections know that WE THE PEOPLE need to be able to see copies of the original ballots.

Only with transparency will we know the truth and have confidence in our elections.
