We as Anime Ghana would like to petition for anime movies to be shown in all cinemas in Ghana (Silverbird, Watch and Dine etc). Our plan is to get at least 3000 votes and then take these numbers to the executives and management of these cinemas. Getting these votes would be the first step in making this dream a reality! What is Anime Ghana?

Anime Ghana is an collective with the goal of kickstarting the anime industry in Ghana. We have dreams of creating Manga(we call ManGha), African themed anime and programmes to engage our community and provide jobs for the high percentage of unemployed Ghanaian youth. The system in Ghana does not offer a lot of opportunities for these youth who want to add to our cultural landscape through story telling in this format and we want to create that opportunity. We have a group of artists, animators, story boarders, social media managers and more who have been and are  willing to give their all to make this dream a reality. Furthermore, we want to provide this opportunity to the unemployed youth in Ghana looking for a way to make a living out of this passion.
