Shout Factory: Make definitive Blu-ray releases of past Toho tokusatsu films

The Issue

Shout Factory should work with all the companies that have home video rights to Toho tokusatsu films in order to release definitive Blu-ray sets for them.

For films that have alternate versions that were created for release in America, these Blu-ray sets should have both the original Japan release versions and the America release versions of those films, and the Japan release versions of those films should have new English dubs.

For films for which made-for-America alternate versions were not made, new English dubs that are accurately translated from the original Japanese dialogue should be made, and for those of these films that have had English dubs in the past, those other English dubs should be included.

All previous extras from all previous home video releases of the films from both the US and Japan should be included.

There should be new retrospective documentaries for the films.

All of the content should be watchable with subtitles.

This is how the Blu-ray releases should be organized:

Note: The titles of the films, as I have written them down below, should be shown on-screen in the films(For example, "Godzilla VS Megaguirus: G Extermination Strategy", instead of "Godzilla VS Megaguirus".) and for the films for which I have put 2 titles for below, both titles should be shown on-screen in the films in a "[insert 1st title here] or [insert 2nd title here]" fashion.
