I uploaded a video transforming it and adding something original the youtube content id not detected anything then I woke up today and it shows manual copyright claim from shopro which was unnecessary to a video which is following fair use and now when I search the web I see there are many people abused by the same shopro I think they have mistakenly or purposely claimed many videos and or they don't understand copyright law they are using USA based copyright law to claim videos the same law allows for fair use if the work is transformative and doesn't harm the original in any way and it is free promotion for the original work.

and now that I told them stop abusing their power they give me copyright strike who are helping them do this yup its youtube and youtube unnecessarily making victim who is abused a criminal and the criminal who is abusing the system a victim great this is how it works guilty until proven guilty this system needs to go and it's not just shopro these are corporates who like to abuse the innocent and take down any video as they wish and no action taken.

I want shopro to be removed from the copyright system of youtube or be forced to acknowledge fair use respecting one side of the law while rejecting the other while taking advantage of their power and you guys will help me do this and understand the pain of the millions of people who are abused on youtube every single day.

Also, youtube is breaking the law when you counter the strike they blatantly replying you with a prerecorded message of "Based on the information that you have provided, it appears that you do not have the necessary rights to post the content on YouTube. Therefore, we regretfully cannot honour your request. It has not been forwarded to the original claimant, and we will not be able to restore your video" they are breaking copyright law by not forwarding the request they are not the owner of copyright nor the middle man as they state if they are true to their talk then they should forward the request not check who have the rights and who do not they might be big but not bigger then law if you all let this go to the authorities as it is (takedowns@dmca.com) "tell them are youtube bigger then your law? if your law is effective then prove it is your law a joke when it comes to confronting big corporate if you have guts and if DMCA is not a joke then take action now or never" they might take action on them and stop them from further abusing and breaking the law.

and the manual claim shouldn't even exist for I know youtube is afraid of lawsuits but to think that content-id is not enough is a joke in 2020 maybe it was not good back then but now it's robust and detects 100% of copyrighted material if anything getting past that check then it probably means its either fair use or not copyrighted at all youtube I beg you to remove manual claim ones and for all and save the life's of millions of YouTubers and for all, it's like giving free money to criminals and I assure you any corporate/company cannot win a single lawsuit against you they might have win back then but to think that after having content-id improved so much so that it detects 100% of copyright its a joke please do all a favour and make this revolutionary change.
