The Shippensburg University administration is planning to shut down food service at Kriner Dining Hall, effective at the end of the Spring 2019 semester, May 10, 2019. This would strain students’ accessibility to food on the west side of campus, lead to overflow at Reisner Dining Hall with efforts to increase enrollment and a new policy for incoming students to live on campus for two years, and causes concern about providing quality dining options on campus.

We, the undersigned, oppose the Shippensburg University administration’s decision to close Kriner Dining Hall at the conclusion of the Spring 2019 semester.
