We, the undersigned, oppose AMERCO's and U-Haul's request for a special use permit and re-zoning of the frontage property of the Villages of Wingate to "Light Industrial" for the purpose of building a U-Haul multi-purpose storage facility and sales building with 851 indoor and outdoor storage units.  The re-zoning is inconsistent with our community's site plan and philosophy of being Shiloh's "premiere master plan community" and would negatively affect our property values.  The proposed U-Haul facility would also bring potential crime, heavy industrial traffic, and disruptive light and noise pollution to our community. We ask that you support our petition to deny the re-zoning and request for a special use permit to change the frontage property of Wingate from Planned Business to Light Industrial.  The deadline to sign this petition is Saturday, November 11, 2017.  Thank you for your support!
