The point of this petition it to have the 3.20pm Mossbank bus reinstated. This was the bus that all us local parents used to collect our kids from school. 

The bus was stopped a couple of years ago and since then our kids are having to walk 1.5 miles along a main road with very little lighting for the winter months nor is it paved all the way along. There is a stretch along it with no pavement or lighting so our kids are having to walk along the side of a ditch. 

Ours kids are having to walk this road in severe weather conditions in very poor lighting especially in the winter months when there can be poor visibility due to the weather and the kids are having to cross this road back and forth several times just to access the paved parts of the road which in itself is extremely dangerous. The council have been approached several times about this which to us parents is a huge safety issue, kids as young as 3 have to walk this road! All we  are asking is for the local fare paying bus service to be reinstated so we can get our kids home safely. Please please sign and share this petition so our kids can get home from their school safely!
