Today in the UK government a MP was arrested, taken into police custody and now has been released on bail until mid-August.

The MP was arrested after a former parliamentary aide accused him of rape, sexual assault and coercive control.

The ex-minister, who has not been named, is alleged to have assaulted the woman and forced her to have sex.

The victim said she was left so traumatised she had to go to hospital.  The abuse is alleged to have taken place during a relationship.

The papers said the allegations were raised with Tory Chief Whip Mark Spencer, and the complainant also spoke to him, but no action was taken.  It is understood Mr Spencer advised her to make a formal complaint to the authorities, who would be able to investigate the claims.

Labour today said it was "shocking" the Tory MP has not had the whip suspended.  Shadow safeguarding minister Jess Phillips said: "It is very difficult to comment on the case itself, because it is quite rightly in front of the criminal justice system.  "But what I would say in this matter, is in any organisation - especially one like Members of Parliament who every day work with vulnerable people, young activists, members of staff - in any other organisation, were this police investigation to be going on, somebody would be suspended while the investigation was taking place."

Calling the lack of action "shocking", Ms Phillips said it sent a "terrible message" that senior figures were still able to secure "protection" from their Westminster status.  She added: "While pending a police investigation for a sexual crime, I think it is only right that the whip is withdrawn."

Today in the Scottish government the men who assaulted and were involved in the bullying and inappropriate behaviour towards our sister and Kevin Kelly have all been given promotions and rewarded.

In a recent comment made on the latest Change.org campaign DeeAnnspeaks,” it was reported that bullying and substantially inappropriate behaviours existed within the fisheries protection agency in Scotland years before our sister was even employed by them.  Numerous accounts of bullying and inappropriate behaviours were reported from the Scrabster fishery office and many more offices around the coast of Scotland, UK as stated by Kevin Kelly.  Prior to our sister being employed by them, a secretary who worked in the Scrabster fishery office sent a co-joint letter to their HR team in Edinburgh, Scotland about the inappropriate language and behaviours of staff that were upsetting them.  Today this same woman has now said that she did not witness any type of inappropriate behaviour and joined in the mob bullying against the other secretary that abused and subjected to an attempted assault by a fishery officer who was found guilty of this charge brought against him.

Every employee involved in our sister’s case has been promoted from fishery officer, senior officer, business manager, area manager, HR managers and director general

The fishery officer who was found guilty of his attempted assault on a female employee was dismissed, reinstated and government funded moves to other areas to work on two occasions.

The senior officer who encouraged the assault was demoted and moved to another district to work because he was found guilty.  Two officers who witnessed his inappropriate behaviours for years gave evidence against him had changed their statements shortly after the senior officer paid both of them a visit.  The senior officer secretly recorded a HR advisor giving advice to his disciplinary panel because he conveniently left his jacket in the room with the panel.  His jacket contained a recording device.  The HR advisor was recorded giving advice to the panel of other historic reports about his years of inappropriate behaviours that should be taken into account but not related to the current charge.  HR became aware of his secret recording. He was then reinstated, promoted to a post that was created specifically for and only him after being fully exonerated.

Business manager with two tissues in each pocket, who orchestrated an institutional harassment campaign against our sister had her fellow colleagues secretly record our sister was promoted.  He was identified by a HR manager as knowing too much about our sister’s private life and making malicious allegations against her and he was protected by his senior manager.

Business manager who bullied Kevin Kelly, denied knowledge of the assault on our sister and interfered with emails has recently been promoted.  His actions have been rewarded with his second promotion.

The men who assaulted our sister.  One was given a hefty severance package even though he was found guilty of theft of government property and drunk driving while employed by the Scottish government.  The other man was given a government funded move to an area of his choice to work after cooperating with management in their campaign against our sister. .

An area manager who is the phantom of the entire performance fabricated lies spread malicious gossip about our sister and mislead a senior civil servant.  For decades he was a strong member of the boys club.  He bullied many men who eventually had to leave them employment.  One of the men he mistreated attempted suicide.  Another one of the men physically attacked him in retaliation to his actions against him.  He coerced a senior civil servant to carry out institutional harassment against our sister.  During an investigation he and his business manager laid all blame at the feet of the senior civil servant.  The senior civil servant’s job was eventually made redundant.

A fishery officer with existing non-harassment order against him and was refused entry to another country for possessing child porn has recently been promoted.  His senior managers sent him to work in the area of the female who has the non-harassment order against him.  This gave him the opportunity to cause distress and fear to the woman by tailgating her vehicle while she travelled to her home.

Director-general who led an investigation into the assault of our sister has been promoted.

HR manager who constantly terrorised our sister suffering with PTSD has been promoted.

Bullying has been reported for years within this organisation.  Not one incident has ever been investigated.  Reports have been made to the Scottish government to both the former First Minister and the current First Minister.  Not one of them took the initiative to have these complaints investigated.  The only complaint that was investigated was the assault on our sister because it was heard within an employment tribunal.  Now the Scottish government made it appear that our sister was a willingly participant in her own assault.  A woman who has been continuously been reporting abuse over a decade and her mental health was impacted by this abuse did not willingly participate in office prank.  She was assaulted and their actions were deliberate and certainly inappropriate.

Instead the victims were pushed out or dismissed.  A young woman who suffered sexual and physical harassment had to leave her job because she was being forced to sit in a room with the same man who terrorised her.  Another women who reported years of abuse has been dismissed.  A male officer who was bullied excessively forced to leave the job sooner than he wanted and still to this day suffers from the abuse he was subjected to while being employed by this government department.

Bullying, harassment and victimisation is the route for promotion in that organisation.  Whistleblowers and victims of bullying and harassment are ousted or dismissed.

A catalogue of reports have been sent to the human resources department for over 20 years by different members of staff about the bullying and harassment that exists within the organisation and not one of the complaints have ever been investigated.

When is a conspiracy not a conspiracy?
