Whistleblowers is what Marine Scotland Compliance and NHS Highland have in common and both are within the Scottish Government framework. The difference is that NHS Scotland is allowing their whistleblowers to speak out but Marine Scotland Compliance is throwing their whistleblower under a bus. They are as bad as the officer that placed tape over our sister's mouth to silence her. Rhoda Grant MSP on the 28th March 2019 became a whistleblower and spoke about what our sister had to suffer while working at Marine Scotland Compliance. In her brave speech in the Scottish chamber she spoke about how an officer made one of the most racist comments imaginable. The fishery officer said that 8888**s being allowed to have children is just 8888**g up the nation. On evening out with management he was in a bar and because he was not getting served quick enough he called the waitress a 88***r. Rhoda Grant gave members of the chamber several examples of the abuse, harassment and bullying that is being covered up. Rhoda Grant asked for an independent investigation and it is imperative that this is granted and many staff members will feel safe to speak out. The most recent investigation was leaked as Rhoda Grant gave in her speech. Staff are not safe to speak out because if they do there will be repercussions.

The Health Secretary, Jeane Freeman of the Scottish Government apologised to the employees of NHS Highland that suffered from harassment and bullying. MSP David Stewart said that he has never witnessed such a toxic bullying culture. Mr. Stewart you need to speak to our sister to learn of the toxic culture that she worked in and how she tried to get it changed for the better. Mr Mountain said: “When we get an inquiry we learn and I quote that there was “fear and intimidation” of the staff some who have “suffered significant and serious harm.” “And according to the report it appears that the Scottish Government knew about the dysfunctional nature of NHS Highland in Autumn 2017 and yet did nothing about, waiting to see what others would do. This is too familiar with our sister's case because that is exactly what they did to the allegations that were reported, they ignored her. On several occasions over the years and in particular since 2017 to members within the Scottish Government including Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon. Only recently an hr member of staff made headlines about breaching the guidelines during an investigation but she goes that extra mile to help and defend the woman who allegedly were sexually assaulted. This same woman has gone the extra mile in our sister's case to throw her under a bus. Is it because she is Canadian and whistleblower that this woman don't feel that our sister deserves protection and the decency to be able to go to her place of employment without being pursued by a group of men who are intimidated because she spoke out to put a stop to misogynist, harassing, racist, homophobic and bullying actions? How can the wolves protect men who laughed and mocked our sister after finding out that she suffered a miscarriage? They spit at her, they assaulted her and pictured her while in a vulnerable state and you want to cover that up? Do you have any idea that you are just paving the road for them at some point in their career to do this again to someone else.

I am proud of BBC and in my opinion they done the right thing and gave the radio presenter exactly what he deserved. Yet he had the audacity to say that he is being thrown under a bus by BBC. I am horrified that he could even say that. He does not have a clue what that means.
