Mr. Kevin Kelly, a Senior Fishery Officer of 28 years who was based in Eyemouth fishery office, Scotland reluctantly retired from Marine Scotland Compliance for reasons very similar to what DeeAnn has been experiencing. Mr. Kevin Kelly is supporting DeeAnn and HE has spoken out. He posted on Change.org and this is what he has said on one of the updates just in case you have missed it, I have included here in the update.

I worked for the same organisation as DeeAnn for almost 30 years and for 18 of those years I suffered at the hands of one of her bullies so I know what she went through. In saying that I didn't have half a dozen of them on my case and bullying me so I can only imagine the hell she has been put through. i was personally told by one of the bullies not to speak to DeeAnn and my association with her didn't look good in managements eyes. I of course ignored the veiled threat as it came from the person who bullied me relentlessly, right up to the day I retired. DeeAnn took the very brave step of speaking out against the bullying culture and they (Senior Management) don't like that. I pray that the First Minister stands by her promise to investigate this bullying culture fully and that those responsible will be held to account and my biggest wish is that she would meet with DeeAnn and listen to her. Let her speak and try to understand what she wanted to achieve by blowing the whistle, try to understand what 10 years of bullying does to a person but mainly, listen to the names of those who are guilty of the hell they inflicted on this very brave woman, note them down and sack every one of them, because this is the only way to stop them causing so much misery to current employees and any future employees, who don't tow the party line. DeeAnn's experiences are unique in that I can't think of anyone else who worked for Marine Scotland Compliance/Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency /DAFS and had, not only the full Senior Management team bullying her but also 4 colleagues as well. All because she had the guts and determination, to firstly speak out about it and then try to stop it.

Bullying stops here and the First Minister of Scotland said that there is no place within the Scottish Government for bullying and harassment. Let's see now if she will listen. Many are afraid to speak out in case of losing their job. So now we have to be their voice as Kevin has done.
