As our family suspected today the outcome of the tribunal I attended in June with DeeAnn was not in our favour. How could it be when all the pertinent information like the picture of her restrained and the evidence of abuse were disallowed by the first judge in the case? We are now asking Nicola Sturgeon, First Minuster of Scotland to do the right thing with all the information presented to her. We know that people have come forward with other workplace bullying claims within Marine Scotland that cannot be ignored.   An interview has taken place with DeeAnn one week ago with the First Minister’s investigator and hopefully this will come to a favourable outcome for all involved.
