I’ve had pitbulls my whole life. They are kind and gentle animals. They’ve been branded as vicious, evil, and uncontrollable. In my entire life I’ve never been bitten by a pitbull however I’ve been bitten several times by chihuahuas. How is it that dogs who are large babies and protectors are illegal but small dogs that bite and really do attack people for no reason are allowed almost everywhere. I would love to get a guard dog and friend for my son but I wouldn’t want any breed except a pitbull for my family. I don’t believe that a restriction on the breed is the answer to the problem. If the problem is dogs being raised badly and becoming vicious due to their upbringing so instead of punishing the dogs why aren’t we punishing the people. You can’t blame a child for how it was raised so why blame a dog for how it was raised?
