Really need a personal trainer or a chiropractor to walk again
The Issue
I am a spinal cord injury.That’s incomplete t12 burst fracture an t7 an t8 miner fracture.That wants to be able to walk again and pee and poop again on my own.then learn how to swim again and to get my two 12 inch titanium rods an my 12 two inch titanium bolts taken out to get more mobility.
