2 family Huskie’s escaped their yard after heavy winds blew the gate open; they ended up at Riverside and the shelter will NOT release them to their owners unless they pay $816 in fees to get them released. 

Riverside would rather keep these dogs impounded, feed them, take up space in a kennel, stress out these beautiful dogs for nothing more than greed. IS IT ANY WONDER THAT SO MANY DOGS DIE IN SHELTERS?

MANY PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD THESE OUTRAGEOUS FEES.
