The Los Angeles County Victims of the Woolsey Wildfire who have lost their homes are facing many obstacles. With no warning most of the families fled from their homes with only the clothes on their backs, surrounded by flames.

A large percentage of the victims are under-insured; some not insured at all. The greatest challenge is to rebuild and try to put their lives back together. 

This petition is a step towards recovery for the Woolsey Wildfire Victims.

The City of Malibu has already waived all planning department permit fees (Building & Safety Plan Check etc,) for Woolsey Wildfire Rebuild Victims within city limits. Due to the complexity and extremely high cost of rebuilding, the Woolsey Wildfire victims are now asking Los Angeles County to do the same; waive all planning department permit fees for county residents.

There were over 300 homes that were lost in the Los Angeles County Woolsey Wildfire.
