He starved his dog to the point her bones were showing through her skin.He failed to provide food,water or shelter to this dog who had eleven puppies.He even tied her up so that she was unable to reach her pups.A neighbour tried to intervene but unfortunately all pups died.This man showed no consideration for this dogs life nor the puppies.I ask that the courts give him the maximum sentence and show no compassion.Please send a message that animal abuse will not be tolerated here or anywhere.The abuser is named Migel Martinez.
