Dear Supporters As some of you may have recently read or heard, the High Court case taken by private citizen Mr Dave Dillner was not as successful as he would have hoped on the SPECIFIC legal points raised for this case and it does not mean that what SCC’s Streets Ahead project and Amey are doing is ALL correct per se. He and we must not be disheartened. Much has been achieved by Mr Dillner and campaigners over the last year and it is not over now. Concerned citizens are now on high alert regarding SCC’s Streets Ahead project and their contractor Amey - and that is where you can continue to help!
