Today, January 29, 2026 the Sheffield City Council announce that Paul Carrack is to be honored with a Sheffield Legends Plaque for "his outstanding contributions to music as a singer, songwriter, and multi‑instrumentalist, earning global acclaim across several decades while remaining closely connected to Sheffield."
