A consultation has been launched to close Norfolk Park Medical Practice and merge it with the Dovercourt Group Practice. Closure will be a disaster for residents in Norfolk Park, who rely on this purpose-built doctors surgery that is located in the heart of the community. Many residents will struggle to access GP services, if they are removed from Norfolk Park.
We the undersigned call upon decision makers to withdraw the current proposals and ensure that GP services continues to be provided within Norfolk Park.

This petition is being sent to the Clinical Commissioning Group, as they are responsible for the NHS in Sheffield. It is also being sent to Sheffield City Council, so that it can be fully debated in an open and democratic way.
