I am here to post anonymously. As I wish to be able to speak freely with out being known. This is a topic that needs discussed and brought to eyes and ears of others to be dealt with and ended within our communities. 

 I am a mother of two children (boys) my 1st born was taken from me by DCS due to the loss of his brother (his brother passed away at 5 days old. Side note if that story sounds familiar to you, you probably know who I am, but I am not here to thrive off havoc of my story, I want public to be acknowledged of what is occuring and it needs to be stopped! 

Due to the loss of my son's brother I unfortunately could not mentally handle any form of social activity, yet I could still maintain a proper focus with my first born. It was just a severely devastating situation to over come. Sadly, that was not the only situation we had to heal from. Around the months of March-June ; my first born and I went through a very awful situation where as, I couldn't determine at the time what was occurring - due to the lack of attention and cover ups (with DCS office) of what was occurring. I was unfortunately drugged several times, raped as my son was messed with as well. CPS came by to question almost every single day, I had turned in a police report, report to dcs that something awful had occurred and it did not get dealt with appropriately as to where it's not being brought to attention for to have any form of justice with this traumatic experience of any occurrence of that time frame.

Now , not only did we lose his brother, my 2nd born son ; also to mention we are victims of severe abuse from his father, but now we are being left to suffer with no resolving the drastic drugging , rapes , the harassment by dcs. 

Sadly enough DCS comes back to my home after I had sent my first born with a friend for safe care until I recovered and got in touch with resolving this awful treatment that was bestowed upon us- I had to fight like absolute hell to even get my son back from someone who I thought was my friend.

 Unfortunately she had turned me into CPS after I retrieved my child, thankfully enough with the schools help I got him back home. He had bruises on him and I was severely concerned about the bruises. I then proceeded to ask him questions, and contacted DCS , the worker did not care to acknowledge my concerns - I showed pictures, I explained what my son had stated. They oddly enough removed my son from my care with two cops that did not have names, nor looked very familiar. They were also not mentioned in the 3-11 (3-11's are paper work of the reasoning of the case in explanation of what occured). 

I have been fighting for my son's rights as well as mine, as to where now DCS has almost made it absolutely impossible for me to voice out in court, to make a point that our case workers were in fact harassing on faulty accusations; hear say not proven any form of factual scenarios. I was also not given proper treatment nor a fair judgement from the judge either. I am now being pushed to be incarcerated for not being able to go to a rehabilitation SOBER. I have proven several times I am sober, taking a multi-tude of drug screens, the case worker who is supposed to be more resourceful, helping with reunification, is refusing any form of contact even with me doing what is needed. I am trying to go at this appropriately and also show everyone what is happening behind the scenes of their schemes! 

She(cps worker) also had given my son to a woman who in fact has a criminal record, a warrant out for her arrest , her husband also has a bad driving record to due putting a child in harms way due to driving while intoxicated. 

• The case worker not only did this once but on several occasions with out having a court order. 

 

• Also, with a kinship we had in place , she has removed herself and turned in her 30 days notice , yet still proceeding to obtain and phish for information. Which is not acceptable behavior due to her withdrawal from the case (thankfully enough my son was removed from any form of communication with them as of: TO MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT estimated removal date: 03/25/2024)

My son has been bounced around several times with out me being notified by phone, text, calling, only when case worker feels the need to be in compliance. - She needs fired in all honesty. She lies way to much for her own good. 

 

DCS is abusing power , as it may not be all workers THERE IS SOMETHING GOING ON THAT NEEDS TO BE SEEN!  I just want my son back! I want them to leave us alone. Please God, help us. Show people near and far. I have not wanted to share this story because I'm worried of back fire , but I am at my wits ends here. 

 

 

- As of August 12, 2024 --- my son has been placed back in my care, THANK GOD. 

The case worker causing so many issues has been fired. 

The assessor that started the case - that I and another have noticed has not been in the county office where I am located. The cars in the parking lot are slimming down. 

Unfortunately, we are still having issues within the community that are still not being fixed, DCS held his SSI from of for a long time period, which caused a lot of financial issues. 

• My boyfriend also lost his job due to this travel of 3 hours cutting into his job time frame (side note : if we did not go, they would of turned this in on me in court ) and we were promised a gas card to go travel 3 hours away before my son was placed back in my care , this gas card was not given to us. 
• My son is severely traumatized by the passing around of the foster homes he was placed in. As well as a lot of information was kept from me and still is being kept from me. 
• We are currently still going through the case and it is going on two years and they are now stating if I don't leave Indiana in a timely manner they will keep the case open (which is a threat , not very resourceful nor respectful)
