Shasta County small businesses continue to suffer while waiting for action from the State of California. As of April 27th Shasta County has 30 cases of Covid-19. It might make sense to have more densely populated areas such as Los Angelos and San Francisco continue to keep "non essential" businesses closed. Shasta County is a much different story.
