Traffic from South Lakes High School will cause major road slowdowns due to the new traffic pattern. Even though restriping will only reach Soapstone Drive, drivers looking to bypass school traffic will likely not be able to as efficiently, causing delays in commutes.

A more favorable solution is to remove the new bike lanes, as sidewalk and trail systems are more than sufficient for bikers to traverse.
