STOP the execution of Sharifeh Mohammadi and request human rights for her

 

 

 

 We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the life of Sharifeh Mohammadi, a civil activist and worker in Iran who has recently been sentenced to execution by a local judge on baseless and unreal charges of group affiliation and armed policy in her legal case. Sharifeh has been a brave activist working for the rights of the hardworking people of Iran and has no affiliation with any political group or foundation. 

Many people know Sharifeh and understand that these accusations contradict her beliefs. Social rights and individual freedom are some of the most fundamental and basic achievements of human society that everyone respects, and only for defending them, Sharifeh Mohammadi has been sentenced to execution. 

The peaceful performance of Sharifeh symbolizes a part of the social conscience that is not yet frozen and dynamic and should not be a victim of false accusations. 

 We urge the judiciary and government of Iran to take necessary action to remove baseless charges, cancel the death sentence, and free innocent Sharifeh.

اعتراض به حکم ظالمانه اعدام شریفه محمدی و درخواست عدالت انسانی 

ما امضا کنندگان, به شدت نگران جان شریفه محمدی , فعال مدنی و کارگری در ایران هستیم که اخیرا از طرف یکی از قضات محلی با الحاق واهی و غیر واقعی وابستگی گروهی و مشی مسلحانه به پرونده قضایی ایشان , او را به اعدام محکوم کرده اند . 

شریفه یک فعال شجاع در راستای احقاق حقوق مردم زحمتکش ایران بوده و وابستگی به هیچ گروه یا بنیاد سیاسی نداشته و ندارد. 

مردم بسیاری شریفه را میشناسند و میدانند که این اتهامات مغایر با افکار او بوده است .

حقوق اجتماعی و ازادیهای فردی یکی از اصولی ترین و ابتدایی ترین دستاوردهای جامعه بشریست که همه به ان احترام میگذارند و تنها به خاطر دفاع از ان , شریفه محمدی را به اعدام محکوم کرده اند . 

عملکرد مسالمت امیز شریفه شجاع , نماد ان بخش از وجدان اجتماعیست که هنوز منجمد نشده و پویاست و نباید قربانی اتهامات ناروا شود. 

ما از قوه قضاییه و حکومت ایران میخواهیم نسبت حذف  اتهامات واهی و لغو حکم اعدام و ازادی شریفه بیگناه, اقدام لازم به عمل اورند .
