Wasted! a $35000 budget for a Political dinner. Imagine how this money could be used!

How is it that one Mental Health Unit which is putrid and run like a prison says they have no funding... YET under the same government, one event, a political event/dinner at the Opera House had a budget of $35000. This crooked, politically neglected mental health funding is disgusting.
