Rapes are becoming rampant. Irrespective of their age , - from months-old babies to eighty-year old helpless old women- any one can be a victim of this heinous crime. 

This is perpetrated by males of all ages including minors,  adolescents  and even old men without any qualms and many don't  even feel  guilty. 

Today  rape is done not only as an act of sensual gratification  but also as a method of seeking personal vendetta  or even venting communal hatred. There is a dangerous trend where rapes are committed for vengeance. Whenever a man seeks to take vengeance on another person,  he threatens to rape the female family members of his opponent.

This cruel thought should be mercilessly cut at the thought stage itself  . There should be a very strong punishment which should destroy such thoughts in a man for fear of the punishment. 

In most of the cases the accused are either left to go free or with  a small punishment. Even in cases of imprisonment, the rapists enjoy free food and roofing  (jail life) for a few years  and many of them go back to their old ways or simply continue to enjoy sex and sensual pleasures  whereas the victims  have to suffer  both physically and mentally throughout their lives. 

Why this inequality wherein the victims are punished for life and the guilty have the least punishment maybe for just a few years. 

It's time for all of us to unite and demand  a stronger punishment for  rapists more so in the present day scenario .There should be a very strong punishment which should destroy such thoughts in a man for fear of the punishment.

Request you all join an online  movement to bring a change in the legal system whereby once the crime is proven, the rapist is CASTRATED and then left free. 

1.This will  make any person to think well before he behaves impulsively.

2.Moreover he will know that one rape and he can forget sex for life.

3.Also it will save the Government  a lot of money  of maintaining these criminals.

4. We can rest assured  that these rapists  can never have children  and therefore  there will  not proliferate. 

5. We will do our bit to ensure a safe society for all women irrespective of caste, religion and creed.
