As it stands, both the student body and faculty at Steller recognize that the intensity and severity of Shanone's presence may discourage participation in the civil discourse we so readily encourage. As he occupies a few positions of power in our small community, tweaking his presentation in a subtle and tasteful way would be the perfect balance necessary to not only keep his role in this institution intact, but to also ensure that creative ideas and diversity thrive within our system. 

A mere inch of bleached tips would make a world of difference. 

Shanone will benefit the greater Anchorage community by updating his look to a spicier, more approachable one. Frosting his tips will guarantee a sharp rise in school spirit at Steller Secondary, followed immediately by a boost in morale for Alaskan residents and tourists alike.
