The problem is that if u put ur dog on a chain n the state of Florida u get accused of fighting ur dog with no evidence at all just walked into a friends yard n took his dogs. Has trophies and ribbons that these dogs won n  competition n running on a belt . The ASPCA just walked straight up to the dogs no  Grall r nothing
