It has been brought to my attention that an adult community( Greenbriar estates )off route 70 in Toms River.there are cruel, evil, shady people living there who are poisoning the deer!! These are the types of situations that makes my blood boil and want to do the same to them. I’m a huge compassionate and protective person when it comes to animals, children, the defenseless. And i will always do whatever it takes to make sure people pay for their twisted actions.  I don’t care who they are. No one is above anyone. I’ve already got 3 other petitions going and doing whatever it takes to get people aware and involved when it comes to something so evil and they must face consequences for their actions!! Not what I’d choose for them, but still, they need to be punished severely. Since more people are aware of the type of person I am, a person who is not going to be named, brought this to my attention because they noticed that the amount of deer that had been coming bye everyday like they usually do, we’re starting to slowly diminish. And then to their horrible discovery, they started seeing a few deer dead near the vicinity of their home and then on their lawn!! And then saw a deer slowly staggering until it fell to its death. The neighbors who apparently are not so neighborly, had been seen doing various activities that were not exactly clear or visible to anyone who witnessed them. So not thinking much about it until my friend suspected they were the actual culprits behind this crime. Unfortunately, though my friend has cameras, ( which neighbors are aware of) no incriminating evidence was seen on the cameras. When this was brought to the attention of the association, they claimed they’d look into it. They never did and acted like nothing had happened. My friend asked them to do a toxicology report and autopsy for proof these beautiful creatures were being killed by scumbag humans if we can call them that! And police had come at one point and shot a deer bc that’s their answer to every wild animal they say is injured or suffering so they come and shoot them. My other petition is regarding this matter of police vs animal control. Animal control DOES NOT DO THEIR JOB. And if you read what their job description says, there’s a list of what they’re supposed to do in their line of work. It even tells you how much money they make!! I live in Toms River about 20 mins from my friend. And I live in Holiday City by Mule Rd. And over the course of time I can’t tell you how many deer have had severe injuries and are still living today. And though i don’t want an animal to suffer, it’s not the damn police who should be coming for any injured animals. The only reason a police officer should have the right to shoot an animal is if it’s rabid or dangerous to society. That’s it! Animal control are supposed to come out, assess the situation and determine if an animal could be saved or it needs to be put down. And by that I mean, you euthanize them, not shoot them in someone’s backyard! I won’t get into the nightmare I witnessed last July, but let’s just say, the image is still in my head and it’s not one I want up there! And if someone had their grandchildren here, and witnessed what I did, they would need therapy for life and probably grow up hating police. With no concrete evidence, we can’t prove who, but the standard procedure should have been when the association was made aware of this, the police should have been called to investigate, animal control should have been on site, and tests should have been conducted to determine the deer’s cause of death. And if & when they seen they had been poisoned, their investigation should have began right away. People should have been questioned and peoples cameras should have been looked over by police to see if they could uncover any type of suspicious behavior. This is how it should’ve been handled. And exactly how I just said it should. Which also means the police would actually be doing their job and animal control would be doing their job as it should be. Now we’re on the hunt to catch these people because they’re still going about their lives. And my friend is constantly being harassed by the association which isn’t right to target people for no good reason when they’re trying to protect the wildlife and or just doing what is right. Punishing people for doing what’s right is insane. If you’re ignoring people for doing what’s right, makes me think those people are just as twisted for not taking matters seriously and looking further into this cold hearted situation. If you’re a resident there, please keep your guard up and if you think someone is doing wrong, don’t confront them yourself. And tell the association you demand they look into matters thoroughly. If you see an injured deer, please, use your gut instincts on whether you honestly believe they’re suffering. I have a buck named Booboobuckaroo that when I first saw sight of him, I nearly died! I couldn’t believe how mangled he was. And didn’t think he was gonna make it through winter ( 6 years ago) so me and my neighbors gave him special treatment and we fattened him up and his health improved but his insides are still unknown, and he’s only got 3 legs he can use bc his one back leg is broken and he drags it. I’m so thankful no one came out for him bc I wouldn’t have my buddy today who still gets special attention. Please sign this petition to hold the association accountable for negligence of animal cruelty. And for the police and animal control not doing any investigation on this horrific crime. Let’s harass the hell out of them for not taking proper measures. Because anyone who lives there, you’re living with murderers in your neighborhood!! And they most likely will continue doing this until they get caught. How many more deer will die before they’re caught?? I want these people caught before doing this again which means everyone must stand together and fight for the ones who can’t speak for themselves!
