Dear Minister of Road Transport and Highways and Minister of Health, 

Bigger pandemic than COVID! 

As per your data, 1.5 lac people die in India because of road accidents and 3 times of that people get injured. All these are reported numbers. 

Most of the severe accidents happen in the night and major cause are the absence of street lights and people using high-beam lights. This unnecessary use of high beam lights should be challaned/fined. 

But the latest and biggest pandemic on public health is the mass usage of high power white led lights which creates total blinding effect for the driver. We cannot even see anything, these white lights on high beam are like those camera flash lights which literally blinds us seconds before and after and it gets worse during the rains. 

Our lives are at risk it's a health hazard, our eyes get strained, terrible headaches and multiplies the chances of crashes. 

It's a mass appeal to ban the use of White led lights in vehicles and roll back the existing ones to yellow lights and create awareness about not using high-beam without need.
