Thank you all for your support of the Sickout!

Almost 900 SFUSD workers sicked out on Thursday, 1/6. How many of those were actually sick—and how many were just sick and tired of SFUSD's refusal to take COVID seriously—we cannot be sure, but we are sure that your signatures, support, and spreading the word helped us in our fight (and a special thank YOU to Longfellow elementary parents!). We carry this momentum forward as we continue to demand COVID Safety in SFUSD. Please join us in our next campaign: the campaign for a #2WeekPause to schooling in SFUSD to flatten the curve, provide PPE, and put robust testing protocols in place and make sure our schools are safe for all.
