Remove SFA Compliance Officer Andrew Phillips from his position.

The Issue

The SFA have announced that new compliance officer Andrew Phillips will take up the post on 1st March 2021. JonesWhyte Law is the firm which Andrew Phillips represents. Over the past year a number of Sevco players have had dealings with this firm, most notably of all Alfredo Morelos who repeatedly assaults fellow footballers by stamping or punching, often receiving bans for this. Further messages revealed from Sevco supporters revealed that Andrew Phillips actually not only supports Sevco but actually is a season ticket holder and is often seen attending matches on the “temple supporters bus”. Andrew Phillips also has Chelsea listed a football club he follows on social media, Chelsea are well known to be supported by Sevco supporters for their racist ties.

In order to ensure impartiality for the whole of Scottish Football, Andrew Phillips must be removed from this post immediately.
