Within STEM majors many inequalities  are seen as “not as smart” or “dumb minded.” But I see strong and colored individuals allowing themselves to branch out and see the world in different ways. The common controversy within STEM majors is that a certain majority should be the only ones involved. With this in mind we leave out the resilient peers that are willing to put blood sweat and tears into their work.  

As we continue to create a gender, and or majority norm within certain majors it tends to trickle away and lead off many others that are captivated and invested within their work. In doing so we wager individuals who could bring additional benefits into these STEM majors as well as use their personal stories to enhance their learning abilities within these specific majors. 

The importance of this immediate action will allow the voices unseen or unheard to be able to express their knowledge and love towards their goals. Thus allowing everyone to be able to succeed within their choice of career trajectory, as well as change the world within their intimate experiences.
