The registry has been a part of my life as well as my family's life for the past 25 years. My incorrigible, inconceivable, indecent, absolutely shameful act that I committed that landed me on the registry was exhibitionism, public lewdness. 

For that absolutely inexcusable act I was represented by a public defender and subsequently lost after firing my attorney and throwing myself on the mercy of the Court. 

I have long since moved on to a boring stable life. It is surprising to know that some of us that are placed on the registry are in their '80s and '90s and who have aged out of that kind of activity. The registry is perpetual there is no way out of it unless you are completely vindicated or they pass new laws abolishing the registry.  Those who are child molesters those who are rapists and individuals and in that kind of category should deserve nothing less than the punishment that they are given. 

To be placed on the registry because of being a flasher or an exhibitionist is nothing short of a crime in and of itself. Through history and extensive research I have found out that public lewdness and exhibitionism is a misdemeanor not a felony and certainly not a crime to be considered for the sex offender registry. 

The registry should redefine it's levels of perpetual punishment. 

Those of you who feel one shoe fits them all are imbeciles and should be banned from any further comment. 

When a family member or a loved one is placed on the registry, it has a greater impact on the family then the individual who committed the crime. 

The family members has to deal with the stigmatism of having their name plastered over the internet for the entire world to judge you for the next 100 years. Once again let me reiterate for those who are child molesters or rapists you people deserve what you get. For those who are involved in much lesser crimes, I feel sorry for you because it is a travesty of Injustice that cannot be undone. 

Shame on those who borrowed blinders from horses. You refuse to see the entire picture. 

Please contribute to repeal the registry or correct the injustices by amending the laws of the registry through legislation. 

One more train of thought........ For those out there who are not on the registry who are young and think you are all that and a bag of chips... let me tell you something right now.... you have no idea what you're in for and for the rest of your life once you are placed on the registry.

And if you don't think this can happen to you well all I can say to that is....oooo kkkk then.
