It has been confirmed that The Cone Barn (Roxana, IL) has been purchased by Terry Hogan and Terry Heltsley of a neighboring community. However, Mr Heltsley is a convicted & registered sex offender. Along with admitting to being at The Cone Barn during hours of operation, since it has open for the season in March, he has also been observed by many. 

Park and Rec Sports will be starting, the pool will be opening, the Nazarene Church provides free FAMILY movies twice a month, parks are within walking distance...one directly across the street, there is a daycare within walking distance & the schools are within walking distance. Usually (based on yrs of history) teenagers work there, children of all ages/group sizes flock to this establishment. Entire sports teams.. literally 30 kids at a time. Many kids use their outdoor patio as a place to dry off & eat treats after a day in the pool. 

By signing this petition you are letting Roxana officials and anyone else it may concern, know, that you are not ok with a sex offender owning and/or operating the Cone Barn. We demand new owners. ROXANA is better than this!!! Protect these Children and be their voice!!
