Help me fight against being evicted

Help me fight against being evicted
The Issue
Problem
My landlord has served me with an eviction notice for non-payment of rent for six weeks, because my housing benefit has been stopped. This happened because social services have withdrawn my 24 hour care. They are saying I don’t need 24 hour care any more, so this is where the bedroom tax comes into force: if I don’t need a live in carer, I now have to pay tax on my spare room - or move. Because I am disabled, everybody knows that it’s not that easy to find an adapted place: they don’t come up very often, so once you’re in one you have to stay there. So if I get evicted, where am I supposed to go?
Solution
1) They need to sort out whether I can afford the bedroom tax on a monthly basis for the rest of my tenancy, because I’m on disability benefits.
2) The parties concerned - i.e. my landlord and the county council - need to be talking directly to one another and not trying to do it through me, since I don’t know enough about the rules and regulations regarding this matter. Then they can keep me in the loop when they’ve worked things out, instead of putting the fear of God up me before they’ve decided anything.
Personal story
I’m Nigel Hamlett, and I’m starting this petition to fight for my home and my rights, as a disabled person, to live in peace and security like anyone else.
