WE WANT A SEVERE AND STRICT LAW FOR PETS' BREEDERS AND RESELLERS We need a strict law with severe pre-sale and post-sale control penalties for breeders and sellers of "puppies" who are the ones who leave abandoned and poorly treated in the Shelters.

Every year we see how those who buy animals get bored, move, or in attitudes of neglect, abandon cats, dogs, and breed dogs suffer not only this but also the abuse of being used for breeding until they are no longer useful. and they abandon them. Merciful people are the ones who receive these problems into their hands, even having money for those who are so sick from more treatment that they need Veterinary attention: A luxury for few, a chain of local Veterinarians to start talking make you sign a deposit of U$S500, where that is the price of an X-ray, apart from paying "who reads" the X-ray! and thus an endless list of a great mercenary business of building a non-affordable Vet-Bill.
Merciful people who defend the lives of animals are exposed to this with few resources.
The state must provide a solution to this, the state must not be absent from this claim of nonsense generated by the sale and abandonment of pets.
